Steaks     
   
Sirloin Tip Roasts
  • These are fabulous roasts that when cooked slow and long will provide a very satisfying meal. They are packaged in 3-4 lbs sizes.
Tenderloin
  • No doubt the finest mouth watering steak ever produced. I have them cut 2 inches thick with 2 steaks per package. 
Rib Eye
  • Our most popular steak and probably the juiciest of them all.  I rub them with my favorite spice mixture and let them sit for 10 minutes prior to cooking. Cook for 6-8 minutes a side on low heat if you like your steak done medium.
New York Striploin
  • These steaks are specifically cut with a strip of fat along one side. As the steak cooks, fat drips down unto the grill causing flames to rise up and sear the meat. Keep an eye on them though.

Ribs

Back ribs
  • I slow cook these in a crock pot smothered in my special sauce and the crisp them up on the BBQ just before serving. Awesome!

Popular Choices

Ground
  • Look closely at this. Notice how dark the meat is and how little fat you see. Whether you use in chili or lasagna or meat loaf it will be moist and fat free.

Pure Bison Patties
  • Nothing is added to these. They are packaged 7 per package with a wax paper separating each patty. Ideal for those surprise guests who drop in at the hint of a BBQ.
Stew Meat
  • Cut into cubes already and sold in 1 lb pkg, these promise to be a tender and lean.
Bison Meat Pies
  • A combination of sirloin steak, ground bison, along with fresh vegetables and seasoning, made especially for you by Ecocafe.

Value Added

Garlic Sausage
  • One of my party hits. No pork and no fillers. Eaten either on BBQ, cold or fried in a pan with perogies and onions.
Bison In a Blanket
  • Bratwurst sausages that are lean and delicious, with a little bit of zip in them. We place them on a sundried tomato tortilla and sprinkle freshly grated asiago cheese and then roll them up and serve them hot.
Pepperoni
  • Looking for that snack and want something extra special. These are pure bison. Try a package. <b> We also have a new dry pepperoni in individual sticks. Great for hikers as it requires no refrigeration.</b>
Smokies
  • These are seasoned to perfection and when heated either on the BBQ or pan fried you will want more. Try a little home made mustard you will love them. We've also added a Jalapeno Cheese variety for those of you who like a little spice.
Jerky
  • This is pure muscle jerky with a unique taste. It is one of our favorites. We have regular and a spicy variety.
Bacon
  • This product is cut in 1/8" thick slices. This is a new product that I'm extremely happy with, and you will be too. It is smoked and cured much like regular bacon. However, when cooked you will find no fat in your pan and oh what a flavour! Ask me early on during markets or reserve your package by email, as I sell out quickly.
Salami
  • Excellent on sandwiches, served with John's mustard and a slice of swiss cheese.
